In addition to a being a dance and film artist, Jenny is also a yoga teacher and personal trainer. She received her yoga teaching certificate in the style of Hatha Vinyasa through The Perri Institute for Mind and Body and personal training certification through American Council on Exercise (ACE). She also holds certificates and/or extensive training in Kettle Bells, Pilates Mat, and Training the Pregnant and Postpartum Client. For the past 10 years, Jenny has worked with clients of all ages and physical abilities through out NYC and California. She has instructed in health clubs, colleges, and dance studios, as well as privately in-home and outdoors.

 

Jenny currently leads outdoor small group classes (2-6 people) and also does 1ON1 fitness training and yoga privates in OAKLAND AND San Francisco.
